The ANANTA Premium Diamond Selection
Because not all diamonds are created equal
Two diamonds with similar specifications can look entirely different on the hand of someone you love.
The 4Cs, as universally accepted as they are, have never told the whole story of a diamond. There are details only an experienced eye can see. Details that decide whether a stone feels alive or merely correct. This is why ANANTA does not stop at international standards. We set our own, stricter than the industry’s, and every diamond ring we offer passes through two rounds of selection: first by the world’s leading gemological institutes, and again by our own team of specialists.
Diamonds that meet every one of our standards we call an ANANTA Premium Diamond. Each must satisfy the following five criteria, without exception.

1. Certified by GIA or HRD
A diamond’s credibility should never rest on the word of the person selling it.
Every ANANTA diamond comes with certification from GIA or HRD, the two institutes the global diamond trade considers the most precise and the most impartial. Both operate as independent third parties. Their graders have no stake in whether you choose the stone in front of you, so every figure on the certificate is the result of scientific analysis, never of sales language.
For anyone choosing their first engagement ring in Bangkok, this means the diamond you are considering has already been evaluated twice. First by specialists recognised worldwide, and again by our own team. You are not being asked to take anyone’s word for quality. You are being shown proof of it.

2. Exceptional Light Performance
What gives a diamond its life is not its size, but the way light moves through it.
A well-cut diamond returns light to the eye from every angle, burning with fire and brilliance. A poorly cut one lets light leak through its sides, leaving the stone visibly dull regardless of its clarity or carat weight. ANANTA selects only diamonds with impeccable proportions. Every round brilliant must be graded Triple Excellent — excellent in cut, polish, and symmetry alike. Fancy shapes are selected individually, by eye, for the specific proportions that let each shape perform at its very best.
It is why our diamond rings in Thailand look luminous not only under showroom lighting, but in the daylight of an ordinary afternoon.

3. None Fluorescence
Some diamonds look beautiful indoors, and change the moment they step outside.
Fluorescence is a reaction that causes a diamond to emit a bluish glow under ultraviolet light. In stronger cases, it can make the stone appear hazy, as though a faint film has been laid over its surface, particularly in natural daylight. It also tends to reduce long-term value in the global market. These are subtleties that never show up in a product photograph, but the person who wears the ring notices them every day.
We select only diamonds with zero fluorescence, so your engagement ring remains equally brilliant in every light — in restaurants, in sunlight, in the moments that will matter most.

4. Eye-Clean Clarity
A certificate tells you what clarity grade a diamond holds. It does not tell you where the inclusions sit.
Two diamonds at the same VVS or VS grade can look entirely different. In one, an inclusion may hide beneath the setting; in another, it may sit directly in the table, visible to the naked eye the moment the ring is on the hand. Our specialists examine every stone personally before we accept it. Only diamonds that are genuinely eye-clean, with no visible inclusions at normal viewing distance, ever make it into an ANANTA piece.
For a wedding ring you will wear every day of your life, we believe it should look flawless from every angle, in every moment, not only on paper.

5. Beyond Ethical Diamonds
A beautiful diamond deserves a beautiful story behind it.
ANANTA sources its diamonds only from mines and suppliers that comply with the Kimberley Process and the principles of the Responsible Jewelry Council. Every supply chain is traceable and transparent, free from conflict financing, unfair labour, and environmental harm. These are not marketing claims. They are standards we verify at every stage of our sourcing.
We believe the meaning of an engagement ring in Thailand lies not only in the brilliance of the stone, but in everything it represents: the care with which it was chosen, the hands that touched it along the way, and the integrity a person can feel every time they look down at their finger.

Because every moment deserves the very best
Choosing a diamond ring is never simply a purchase. It is the selection of something that will carry meaning for as long as two people remember why they chose it.
At ANANTA, we do not sell diamonds. We select them for the moments they will mark. Our ANANTA Premium Diamond standard is higher than the industry’s, and deliberately so, because we look after every step: the origin, the certification, the light, the clarity, and finally the hands of the craftsmen who turn the stone into a ring worthy of the person who will wear it.
For the person who will wear that diamond for a lifetime, every detail matters. That is the only reason we take care of each one.

ANANTA PREMIUM DIAMOND
FAQs
About the ANANTA Premium Diamond standard and how we select every stone.
How is an ANANTA Premium Diamond different from a standard GIA-certified diamond?
A GIA-certified diamond has been graded by GIA. An ANANTA Premium Diamond passes that grading and four additional ANANTA criteria: Triple Excellent light performance, zero fluorescence, eye-clean clarity, and sourcing aligned with Responsible Jewelry Council standards. It is an additional curation layered on top of the world standard.
Why does ANANTA reject diamonds with fluorescence?
Fluorescence can cause a hazy appearance in natural light and reduce a diamond’s long-term value in the global market. We want every engagement ring to look equally brilliant in every environment, not only under showroom lighting.
How do I know a diamond is genuinely eye-clean?
Our eye-clean standard means no inclusions are visible to the naked eye at normal viewing distance (around 20-30 cm). Our specialists examine every stone in person before it is accepted. We invite clients to visit any ANANTA boutique in Bangkok to compare stones side by side.
